Complaints procedure

In case you feel that you have been mis-treated or not satisfied with the service that was provided to you, you can submit a complaint.  In any case I hope to listen your view and to resolve the complaint with you directly.  It is also possible to involve a trusted person to handle the complaints.

As a registered member of NFG (OTR registration number 9663), the complaints will be handled centrally via NFG collective scheme. For more information you can visit the below website.
