心理輔導
Life can leave us with questions,
and patterns that no longer serve us.
A little space can help us
make sense of them,
see differently,
and find a way forward.
Sometimes, new possibilities begin to emerge.
YOUR STORY
A session begins with your story —
your questions, your patterns,
your hopes.
Why do I keep feeling stuck?
What matters to me now?
Is there another way?
What needs to change?

Leave with clarity.
THE SESSIONS
In our sessions, we slow down and take time
to understand what is happening.
We unpack the patterns that keep repeating,
explore what could be different,
and work towards new ways of responding.
It’s a space to think, to feel, to understand,
and to move forward
at a pace that feels right for you.

HOW I WORK
My work brings together psychology, psychotherapy and coaching, shaped by experiences across cultures, backgrounds and life transitions.
I use a neuroscience‑based and solution‑focused approach to understand what’s happening and what might help things shift.
This foundation is supported by training in Human Givens, BWRT®, the Gottman Method for couples, and CSR Stress & Burnout Coaching.
Human Givens
Human Givens is a practical, solution-focused approach to emotional and psychological wellbeing. It is based on the understanding that we all have essential emotional needs and innate resources that help us cope with life. When these needs are not met, or when life becomes overwhelming, difficulties can arise. Human Givens looks at what is happening now, what may be contributing to the difficulty, and what can help you move forward. It can help with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, panic attacks, phobias, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and sleep problems. Depending on your needs, therapy may draw on a range of practical tools, including guided relaxation, breathing and visualisation, emotional regulation techniques, the Rewind Technique for traumatic experiences, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. The aim is to reduce distress, restore emotional balance and strengthen your ability to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
BWRT®
BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) is a modern, solution-focused approach that works with the brain’s automatic patterns and responses. Sometimes, the brain can learn to react to certain situations with fear, anxiety, panic or other unwanted emotional responses—even when we know logically that we are safe. BWRT helps to interrupt these automatic patterns and develop a more helpful response. Rather than focusing extensively on the past, it focuses on what you want to change and helps your brain move towards a different way of responding.
Gottman Method Couples Therapy
The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy that looks beyond individual disagreements to understand the patterns shaping a relationship. Throughout the sessions, couples identify both their strengths and the areas where they have become stuck. Therapy then focuses on practical ways to strengthen friendship and emotional connection, manage conflict more constructively, repair past hurts, and rebuild trust. Rather than trying to eliminate disagreement, the approach helps couples learn how to handle differences without damaging their relationship. Its effectiveness comes from combining decades of relationship research with practical tools that couples can apply in everyday life to create lasting change.
CSR Stress & Burn-out Coaching
CSR (Chronic Stress Reversal) Coaching takes a psychobiological approach to stress and burnout, recognising that prolonged stress affects both body and mind. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, the approach aims to reverse the effects of chronic stress and restore the body’s capacity for recovery. Coaching addresses three interconnected areas: body, behaviour and psyche. Clients learn to understand their stress responses, recognise signs of overload, reduce energy-draining patterns and gradually rebuild energy, resilience and healthy self-management. The approach combines scientific knowledge with practical interventions and is individually tailored to support recovery, prevent relapse and help people regain balance in their daily lives.
