and repack
what I wanted to carry forward.

My Story
Expanding My View
Leaving Hong Kong for the UK to study was my first step into the unknown.
It took quiet courage to start again, and that experience widened how I see the world and the possibilities available to me.
New Cultures
Moving to the Netherlands for my finance career meant entering a new culture,
a new language and a new stage of life.
It was both exciting and demanding —
it taught me what it means to adapt,
to fit in and to grow.

Integrating My Experience
I reached a point where i needed to slow down and evaluate my values, priorities and direction.
It required courage to step back, ask difficult questions and consider a new path, and i was fortunate to be supported by people who helped me reflect.
This process led me to counselling & therapy, where I found a genuine passion for supporting people through their goals, distress, relationship challenges and losses.
My Hope
Having a space to reflect honestly and feel supported can open the way to clarity and change.
Counselling offers that space.
