Which one is You?

Recently I have facilitated a group session. Instead of asking ‘how are you doing’ in the last week, I have created an "Arrowgram" and asked participants to select one arrow to represent their experiences from the week.

The atmosphere was magical. People opened up with their stories, and their ears. Deeper understanding;  deeper connection.

I reckon this Arrowgram can be used in many other personal and business day-to-day settings:

Pick an arrow that best represents your current situation regarding :

- relationship with spouse

- relationship with parents

- career development

- work team dynamics

- personal development

- performance review

The list is endless…

Try it out and see how it helps you to get into deeper conversations with others, and with yourselves.
